“First time coming here”
I brought my 2 year old daughter here for her very first dental appointment. The atmosphere was lovely, very kid friendly. The decorations are beautiful. The office is very clean. What I loved the most about this place is how professional everyone was on handling children. I wasn’t sure how my daughter would handle it, but she let them everything they needed to do. Dr. Mo is amazing with children and very supportive with my preferences. He is the best, I trust him 100%.

“generosity and genuine care”
Dr. Mo is a class act! I honestly don’t have anyone to compare him to, but we just got lucky meeting one of the best peds dentists ever. Competence in this industry is always expected to be excellent, and he not only shows that, but it’s his generosity and genuine care that shined through.
My daughter was 20-months old when she fell and injured her lower teeth on a SUNDAY. She had a couple loose teeth with movement that extended into the mandibular alveolar ridge. I was concerned about an alveolar fracture and knew she needed dental xrays.
I called every dental office around the area for advice on what to do and even left messages on their emergency voicemails. Dr. Mo was the only one who called me back! I sent pictures through text message and he reassured me it would be ok to wait later in the week to bring her in to get xrays.
They had to fit her into the schedule AFTER HOURS that week since he was booked and also had to work around our schedule.
During the visit, my child was inconsolable, but he and his staff handled it like a pro. Dr. Mo even said I could text him if anything changes with her condition before the next follow up. He shared with us that he too is a father of 3 young kids, so his empathy was truly genuine.

Dr. Mo is hands down the best peds dentist!! I have struggled years to find the right dentist for my children and we are blessed to have found his practice. I found him looking for a second opinion for my youngest daughters diagnosis. He listened and explained his recommendations with such detail. We had the procedure down which wasn’t easy but we were able to accomplish it working together as a team. He is now my sons dentist, and we couldn’t be any happier!! I will be highly recommending Dr. Mo and his team to everyone!! Amazing office! Do not hesitate to book an appt, just do it!

My son was so scared to come to the dentist but Dr. Mo and his staff made him feel so comfortable. They were so nice, they answered all my questions thoroughly. “Feel comfortable”
We had a hard time finding a dentist for our 6 year old son. We had consultations with a few highly reviewed dentists in Santa Monica and The Valley but none seemed to be what we were looking for. Eventually, through the recommendation of my own dentist who takes his children to Dr. Mo, I feel like we found the best in the area.
It’s hard to describe the level of above and beyond the whole staff at Starry Skies went to care for our son. Dr. Mo has children himself and I truly believe him when he says he treats my son as he would treat his own children if they were in the office.
I was amazed by the level of skill Dr. Mo has, it is clear that you are in the presence of a professional who is at the top of their game. He has dedicated his life to caring for child’s dentistry needs with the healthiest and most efficient approach possible, and it has been a very comforting feeling to know what good hands my son is in when we visit the office.
Dr. Mo is opinionated and well researched in what is the best overall approach to take care of his patients. He also was extremely patient with me when I had questions about holistic approaches and any long term health concerns.
Last but not least, the office is amazing for children. Each wall is filled with artwork that my son loves. It’s a fun place to go, from the TVs to the wide variety of toys awarded at the end of a session for a job well done.
I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Mo. It’s a privilege to know that my son will grow up with a dentist who has a passion for his work and is invested in his well being.
